Open letter to Mark Harper MP

Dear Mr Harper

Further to the High Court’s decision to support an attempt to try to subvert the democratic will of the people regarding Brexit, please could you advise how we, the people can take High Court action against Gordon Brown and David Miliband who signed the Lisbon Treaty in breach of our constitution?

This would be the constitution that we are always told does not exist because our constitution says that we should never have joined the European Union in the first place. It was unlawful under our Constitution.

Specifically, I refer to the Bill of Rights 1688 which clearly states:

“And I doe declare That noe Forreigne Prince Person Prelate, State or Potentate hath or ought to have any Jurisdiction Power Superiority Preeminence or Authoritie Ecclesiasticall or Spirituall within this Realme Soe helpe me God.”

This binding constitutional document ends by stating:

“All which Their Majestyes are contented and pleased shall be declared enacted and established by authoritie of this present Parliament and shall stand remaine and be the Law of this Realme for ever And the same are by their said Majesties by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spirituall and Temporall and Commons in Parlyament assembled and by the authoritie of the same declared enacted and established accordingly “

Much of the principles of Parliamentary sovereignty can be traced back to the Act of Supremacy 1558 which states:

“no foreign prince, person, prelate, state or potentate hath or ought to have any jurisdiction, power, superiority, pre-eminence or authority ecclesiastical or spiritual within this realm; and therefore I do utterly renounce and forsake all foreign jurisdictions, powers, superiorities and authorities, and do promise that from henceforth I shall bear faith and true allegiance to the Queen’s Highness, her heirs and lawful successors, and to my power shall assist and defend all jurisdictions, pre-eminences, privileges and authorities granted or belonging to the Queen’s Highness, her heirs or successors, or united or annexed to the imperial crown of this realm.”

Clearly then, in signing the Lisbon Treaty, it is Gordon Brown and David Miliband who should be answering questions in the High Court as the supremacy of the European Union over UK law is what has given rise the the majority of the British people voting to leave the anti-democratic EU.

Or do the constitutional laws not apply when the people breaching them are ‘the elite’ and those following their wishes?
